Membership Fee - $10.00 per person annually
Entry Fee - $25.00 per person (max 2 anglers per boat)
* General Sportsmanship rules apply. If I need to spell them out I will but I hope members understand what those are.
* TWRA fishing license required.
* Each member MUST fish 14 events to qualify for the Classic.
* $15 towards 100% payout, $5 towards Big Fish pot, $5 towards Points / Classic.
* Number of places paid is dependent on number of boats / anglers.
* Events held at Normandy, Center Hill and Woods are CLOSED to non-members. You MUST be a member and fished with the club prior to any tournament on any of the three lakes listed.
* Members competing for points MUST display a HCBC sticker on the windshield of their boat. Failure to do so will result in no points or payouts.
* 5 fish limit, Artificial baits ONLY. No live bait.
* Dead Fish Penalty – MAX (2) dead fish, first fish ½ pound, second fish 1 pound. Dead fish can’t be your Big Fish.
* All boats must be in the No Wake area by the official ending time, boats that fail to do so will be DQ’ed.
* Life jackets should be worn any time big motor is running and boat is in motion.
* Members should not fish within 75 feet of another competing member unless they have received permission to do so.
* NO pre-fishing day of tournament, doing so will be an automatic DQ.
* The use of guides on the body of water to be fished is PROHIBITED (5) days prior to that tournament including the Classic.
* If a member wishes to dispute tournament results, that member MUST notify the Tournament Director during weigh in before results are official.
* Any member may ask for the measurement of competitor’s fish while at the scales.
* Any fish brought to the scales that do not measure will result in those fish not being weighed. Multiple violations by a member may result in a tournament disqualification.
* Members may bring fish to the scales and ask for a courtesy measurement without penalty.
* All culling should take place at the boat or in the water. Bringing more than (5) fish to the scales is PROHIBITED.
* Fishing the docks at Fate Sanders Marina is PROHIBITED. Doing so will result in a DQ.
* Locking through on ANY lake HCBC fishes is NOT allowed. This applies to Old Hickory.
*EVERY effort should be made to preserve aquatic life. This means aerators, live wells, fizzing if necessary, etc.
*Members may pay for an event in advance in an effort to maintain points or qualify for the Classic, you will be scored as a solo entry.
* Any member found to be cheating will be BANNED from participating in future HCBC events. Criminal charges will be pursued if applicable.
* No drugs or alcohol during tournament hours.
* Classic ONLY - The lake is closed for pre-fishing the week of the tournament, only two days, Thursday and Friday, will be allowed for pre-fishing. All other days are off limits.
* Times and Locations are tentative. Launch times are generally safelight and events are minimum of six hours in length.
POINTS will be awarded as follows:
1st - 50, 2nd - 49 and so forth. Boats that fail to weigh fish will be awarded a MAX of 35 points.
BIG Fish – 5 Bonus points
Tie breakers for points championships will be determined by number of 1st place finishes, number of 2nd place finishes and so forth until tie is broken.
Tie breakers for regular events will be number of fish weighed then big fish if needed.
The season will consist of three separate series, Spring, Summer and Fall. 1st place payout is guaranteed for each series, additional payouts will be determined by participation and sponsorship.
